Service Description

 Event Review meeting will be held on or about thirty days (30) prior to the event to discuss final event arrangements. Decorations delivery and set-up arrangements, wedding party arrival time, caterer arrival time, wedding starting time, set-up arrangements, etc. will be confirmed during this meeting. At the time of this meeting, the Client should submit any oral or written requests for services such as: rehearsal time, chair and table set-up, equipment set-up, outside tent set-up, outside vendor tent set-up, and inclement weather set-up. Riverside Farm Venue will indicate its approval of such requests by using an invoice for any service fees that may apply. Payment of service fee invoices is due twenty-one (21) business days prior to event day.

Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled outside of the nine (9) months prior to the contracted event date 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. All funds for cancellations will be issued by the contracted date. If the event is canceled inside of the (9) months prior to the contracted event date, the deposit is non-refundable.
